We’re always keen to hear from organisations who have a topic they’d like to speak on, a case study or best practice they’d like to share.

The NHF is working to increase the diversity of our events and is committed to selecting speakers that are representative of varying nationalities, sexualities, gender identities, religious affiliations, and economic status, as well as people representing other diverse characteristics.

  • Responding to legislation (including Leasehold Reform, Building Safety, Commonhold): best practice and lessons learned.
  • Implementing new service charge software system.
  • Embedding the customer voice in decision making, and effective resident engagement.
  • Uses of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within service charge teams and practices.
  • Innovative approaches to balancing the cost of service charges with the best outcome for the customer.
  • Best practice around the requirement for increased transparency.
  • Organisations that are undertaking or planning to undertake benchmarking for section 20 consultations

Please outline:
